“I really can't say enough good things about this service. After a series of events that led me on a Monday morning at 830am to a full scale meltdown thinking I had bedbugs, I called them. The exterminator immediately picked up and asked that I send photos if I could. He responded shortly afterwards to say the bug I had found didn't look like a bedbug but suggested that I try an evaluation with a trained dog, which I agreed to. He called back shortly afterwards and said I'd lucked out and someone could stop by at 10am, which was amazing, I have no idea if that's typical response time but it was amazing. He called at 9:45 to say he'd be there in 15 minutes, which he was. He explained exactly what everything would entail and introduced me to his dog. I left them in the apartment and sat upstairs anxiously waiting - he said it would take about 30 minutes - and when he called I rushed back down and everything was fine. He didn't alert on anything, and he didn't turn up anything visually. He offered some tips for the future and said if I ever found anything else that they'd come back for free. Money cannot buy the peace of mind that this experience gave me and the service was incredible. I am walking into work right now and will tell everyone I know.”
