Bailey did an incredible job explaining the importance of pest control maintenance and prevention. Especially as it relates to new home builds and insure tiny crawl spaces for pests are sealed. Very informative, patient, and helpful. Would definitely recommend this service!

The five stars is for my tech Nikolas. The company in itself 2 stars. Nikolas is extremely knowledgeable and professional. As for the schedulers, I cannot say the same. The only thing that kept me from canceling terminix all together was my tech. I sure hope the corporate side gets more professional.

The inspector was friendly & professsional & accommodating to day & time which was so appreciated . He made me feel comfortable cause my home was not cleaned to my standards & he reassured me it was all good. He gave me good suggestions on ways to divert water from home. I always receive excellent service. I get a text message letting me know the date and time he plans on arriving and if something changes I will get a message to let me know. Michael is always very pleasant and never fails to ask if I am having any issues or concerns that he needs to look into.

Terminix is one of the most frustratingly difficult companies I have ever dealt with. While the treatments are fine, the scheduling is a nightmare. Actually, the scheduling is irrelevant. The system schedules and reschedules without your knowledge. Looking online to see what the system scheduled for you means nothing; the system may reschedule the next day, and you won't know. The technician normally texts you, but usually only the night before they plan to come out (as in the next morning), which doesn't allow for any planning. When you ask to speak to a local manager, the call center says they will relay the request, and that's the end of that. No one will call (though in the past, they use to). When you call customer service, they say they will schedule or reschedule for you, but again, that's really meaningless as the system will likely change it again without notifying you. To compound the silliness, the online schedule is usually not in agreement with the technician's real schedule. So, your only hope to 'really' schedule is to reach a technician directly. The business model seems to be that you are always assumed not to be home, and your house is fully accessible, so they can do anything any time. As I have a fence and dogs, I have to be home to let the technician in. A friend with a similar situation had the same experience with Terminix. Also, if you ever leave negative feedback on a company survey, they view it as a complaint against the technician instead of against the company.

I have used Terminix in the past and had mixed results. I do believe it is each individual technicians dedication and hard work that really make a difference if I see results or not. With that being said, I am beyond happy with the dedication from my current technician, Nikolas. He has went above and beyond for our pest control needs and we have seen great improvement since having him as a technician. While the summer heat has caused us a stir of activity, I have no doubt Nikolas will get it under control fast. I highly recommend him as a technician! He is always friendly, polite, and gets the job done.
