My husband and I called Terminex last fall because something was digging up our back yard. They talked us into spending thousands of dollars to have our crawl space covered and other work done. The men who came just threw plastic over a lot of debris that had been left under the house. We had to have them out multiple times, and they never got everything out from under our home, even though that was in the contract. They also did not seal the plastic, so it did not do a lot of good. They set traps to catch what was digging up the yard, and would take days or up to a week to come empty them. They never caught what was doing the damage to our lawn, and just stopped coming. We tried to reach out to the main office, but did not get any of our money back. We are senior citizens, and we feel that we were cheated out of a lot of money. We will never use Terminex again.

Recently they have had scheduling/communication/showing up issues. Did not show up or call for 4 attic inspection appointments. Inspector showed up for the fifth appointment after I talked to the local manager. All of the technicians who have come for various types if appointments have been good; nice, professional, and did their jobs well.

I would give no stars if I could. Take peoples money and not do the work. Then when asked for a refund you get the run around from the main national office that tells you it's up to the local branch that you can't speak to. Highly disappointed! Not what I expected from Terminix. This is why I used you amd not some small local company. Will not make that mistake again. I will never use this company again.

You get 1 star. Don't ever call me again about my invoice. It's sitting right here in front of me and as I said on the phone, I'll pay it when it's due. That's over two weeks from now (18 days from today). Yet, you do absolutely NOTHING when it's time to service my home. I keep this service because I have to. But, I DON'T have to use you! I don't need harassing calls about paying a bill BEFORE it's due. The nerve!!!!

I had a follow up for warranty work after getting the exclusion service on November 21, 2024. The technician, Bailey Baker, was excellent. He was courteous, helpful, friendly and went the extra mile to try to solve the problem. I was very impressed with his service and knowledge. I have mixed reviews on the phone service however. The last lady I spoke with was polite and helpful but the other lady was not at all. The initial contact to do the review, Scott, was excellent as well.

I was fraudulently billed for service that was could not have been done completely. I got a bill for service that was supposedly scheduled on 28 Oct 2024. I never scheduled service for this date as someone needs to be at my house to unlock the gate surrounding the property. I was never notified that there was to be worked performed on the property on this date. I was never notified that a technician was "on there way" nor that service had been completed. I just received a bill with a picture of the front portion of my house in a manner that doesn't show the locked chain link fence around the back. When I contacted customer no service they said that there was nothing they could do. When I asked for their managers name and phone number they said they couldn't provide that either. If it was a person, which I somewhat doubtful of a chatbot would have been better and more polite. Stay away from this company.
