“What a delightful experience it has been dealing with John at Stryker Pest Control -- from the first time I met him, taking a bed bug to him to identify since I had never seen one. After telling me that the bug was indeed a bed bug and explaining some things about the situation, he never even suggested he treat for them but I knew after meeting him I would want him to be the one to do so. He was kind and helpful and offered to take a look in my house to see if I did indeed have a problem. After inspecting our home, he did find we had a problem so we engaged his service to treat them. He spent lots of time inspecting to make sure how extensive the problem was, showing us in detail where it was. He never gave us false hope that we wouldn't need a second treatment and said it could become necessary though he didn't think it would be. We were told exactly how to prepare before the treatment and the treat-ment went well, as smoothly as possible. He just returned for a second time (with no cost involved) to relieve my fears that we might still have a problem. Fortunately, my fears were just that -- fears! From the first time I met John, i have found him to be very honest, likeable and reassuring. It's rare in today's world to find someone so helpful whom you feel you can trust and with whom you will not be disappointed like I have found in John. No one recommended John to me, I picked him randomly, but I can tell you that I have been pleased from the first time I met him until now.
