“I recieved a grant for insulation and these were the guys who came to do it. There is a lot to tell so maybe i can get through it all. One of the guys made rude and unnecessary comments to my underage daughter, another walked in the bathroom on her and didnt knock. Those are enough to leave a bad review, but let's get to the actual work. They told me I didnt hve to move anything, but sprayed insulation lll over my bed, furniture, and all of my clothing, not once but 3 days in a row. They cut through a water pipe in my upstairs (when they cut holes in the floor to insulate the layer between the up and downstairs) and they just capped it off leaving no running water to the upstairs kitchen or bathroom. They threw about a gallon size jug of nails all over my driveway which I found with 3 tires that I had to replace. They were supposed to put storm windows on, caulk, and seal all air leaks. Instead of storm windows in several locations, they screwed plexiglass over the whole thing which happens to be a fire hazard, not to mention unsafe if my daughter ever has to get out of her window in an emergency. They also cut the power to one of the plugs in my kitchen and never fixed it either. I never knew what was happening because there was a lack of communication between the office, the crew, and myself. Oh, they were supposed to come back and install a new backdoor but they never did that either, and I'm okay with that considering everything they messed up and didnt fix.”
