“Called Cooks for an estimate on termite and pest, as a home owner I was looking for estimates to make an informed decision on pest control. On 3/27/2018 sales person, Bobby, came out and did and inspection, after completion he came in to give pricing. He was looking for me to sign with them that day and after being told I was getting other estimates he offered me a one-time pricing if I signed right there and then. I called him out on that and told him I felt it was deceitful to have one price for signing on the spot and another if I waited 3 days while making an informed decision. Very poor sales tactics IMHO. I signed with Terminex 3/29/2018 and paid over $300 more for their honesty and upfront pricing. I cannot say if all your sales people work this way but I felt his behavior was lacking in professionalism. I get that we all need a paycheck and the bigger the commission the better but this is a very distasteful way of trying to get a sale”
