“Ok I'll start with saying this is the first review I've ever done. That being said I felt like I needed to give warning about Genes Pest Control. I have never experienced service and customer service this horrible. They never held up their end of the service contract, they missed appointments and when asked about their absence they quickly said they would find out and call me back. A week later, after not receiving a call from them and seeing a statement where they charged me without authorization, I called to cancel my service. I asked about the charge and asked about a refund for that charge. Mr. Gene Sr. himself proceeded to yell/scream at me over the phone and then hung up. All the while I never seen any improvement in my pest problems. I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND GENES PEST CONTROL!!!!”
