“I’ll share my terrible experience, hope it hasn’t happened to anyone else. Last summer, I had RK investigate a big infestation in and around my house. I was assured it was not termites, but ants. They sprayed and the problem went away. Fast forward a few months when I was selling my home. They performed a termite inspection, and originally confirmed the earlier diagnosis that there was NO termite damage...but then magically changed their minds after the home inspector second guessed them. All of sudden they wanted $800 to treat my home. I was suspicious and had 3 different second-opinions confirm there was no evidence of termite damage. When I pressed RK for more information as to why their report didn’t line up with the others, they had no good responses. I would caution anyone using these guys to get second-opinions from other local pest control before shilling our hundreds for treatment you don’t need.”
