“This company was hired to do an inspection and provide a report for an apartment in Chambersburg. They were asked several times to provide a the report because it was needed for the Chambersburg Borough. The technician (Tim) verbally stated that there were no visible roaches or even traces that roaches were living in the apartment. The Technician was asked several times to provide a report stating his findings so it could be turned into the Borough of Chambersburg. After several people trying for three weeks to communicate with the technician he finally returns a phone call to me. He proceeds to tell me that he cannot provide an inspection report unless the property was treated by his company. I explained to him that he was hired to inspect it not treat it and that we needed that report. He refused to get me a copy of his inspection report because he was unable to treat the apartment for bugs. This shows the type of business this company conducts. Even though you don't have any bugs you must still get the apartment treated so they can give you a report that your apartment has no bugs. It is absolutely the dumbest thing I have ever heard of. What a bunch of rip offs.”
