We had someone bring a dog in who told us we had bedbugs, but did not do a thorough inspection. They charged $500 for a quick look around. We then called Orkin. A representative spoke with my husband for a long time explaining the detailed training their employees undergo. An employee came out, did a thorough inspection, spoke with us at length, charged $130.00, and confirmed that we did NOT have bedbugs. We are now Orkin fans!!

The service tech was very good. He deserves 5 stars. He was thorough and polite. I am fairly pleased with the results, as well. However, the scheduling could be improved. Out of 4 visits, I think 3 had to be rescheduled. The first time they were running far behind schedule. The second time someone came unannounced/unscheduled (while i was traveling). The final time was due to bad weather and road conditions.

My first time and definitely not my last. I like that they were very communitave. My original technician couldn't make it but, they still made sure to send someone out last night to my apartment. Braillen my technician was great. I do hope my issue was resolved. I feel for sure that it was.

So far I was pleasantly surprised. Orkin sent a person the same day. Juan was great! He was very polite and thorough. He checked for places mice could enter the house. Then he sealed the holes where he could. He also showed me that the boxes left by the other company were not touched, because mice does not like them:( Glad I did not choose the company I used last.
