I called Orkin about a serous ant problem I woke up to this morning. They were able to schedule someone to come out that day, unlike another pest control company whose name ends with X. The technician was very thorough and discovered how the ants were getting inside. He also treated the kitchen where I discovered the problem . They will also treat your entire house if you request it but 95% of the problem is outside. They are reasonably priced. They will schedule you every 2 months for follow up treatments at a reduced price but if you only want a one-time treatment you have to tell the technician at the time of service. I chose to have one follow up treatment and after that every 2 months I will have the option of another treatment or the choice to refuse.

Before we even moved in, we were told the home had been treated for months by another service, but the German roach problem still persisted. Once we moved in, the infestation was worse than we expected. Thankfully, Orkin came in and immediately reassured us that they could handle it, and they did. Within just two months, we stopped seeing any signs of activity. We are so grateful for the entire team that has serviced our home. Their professionalism, consistency, and effectiveness made all the difference. Highly recommend!

Jeffery was my tech that came out for the initial inspection and service. He was very knowledgeable and informative.
