Jeff Goin was very friendly, very knowledgeable, and took time to explain all the services. Was somewhat taken back when he informed us that the only way we could get their services was to sign up for 1 year. Can transfer service to different location if we move. Had been told by service center that we could cancel with 30 day notice but Mr Goin said that was not true.
