Good experience with Orkin.but it was my initial visit. I post the amount was overpriced but I'm also on a tight budget! My exterminator Elijah was very friendly and professional and appeared to be knowledgeable about his job! Didn't give 5 stars until I know my rodents are caught and or gone for good.

Inspector came to my home for quote. He went in the attic which is in my 11 year old asthmatic son’s closet. He made a complete mess. I am not sure if he used the shelving for something as you have to remove them to get to the door, but it was covered in webs droppings and insulation pieces. It was all over the floor as well. My son sleeps with a fan, if this wasn’t recognized all of this would have been circulating. No notification that there was a mess or contamination created. Just pushing sales. I’m not saying inspectors are detailers by none from any company in any field that I have worked for has made a mess of something and left it. This is careless and unprofessional.

They have a great product. Ive seen a drastic decrease of the spiders in my home. Im giving 4 stars because all of the techs are very nice but all arent informative. The tech that I had today, Jason was great.

They came out gave a 7000 estimate took a 1000 down from my 79 year old father then showed up 2 times did very little work then came out did some good and the rest half ass and no one is returning my messages. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!

It's been a month since my first treatment. The service man was very nice. However, I can't see a difference because I have catch at a minimum 4 mouse in my house. I have 2 cats and their behavior is still letting me know that something still around. I would have like to have treatment under my home. I thought that was a part of the plan. I have a upcoming treatment this Nov 24, 2025.

I had the house treated for box elder bugs in late summer. Since we've had such a warn fall, I still had many bugs sunning themselves on my siding. I called and asked for a touch up and was given the extra service at no charge. Thank you Orkin for providing me with peace of mind!

I have been with this company for many years. My original appointment the tech pulled up in front of my house and left. They schedule me for another appointment, which was anytime between eight and six, which was not a good time for me. So I canceled it. The computer notifies me the day before that they would be out. Because I wasn’t going to be home. I called to cancel. I was told I could not put the appointment on hold. I would have 30 days and then have to be reinstated in another program was with most likely higher rates. I have never been treated so rudely. The rates have gone up consistently without any notification. I am deeply disappointed.

I had a wasp nest inside my wall and made a request online to have someone take care of it. I got fast replies with back and forth communication, my questions were answered, and I had an appointment to treat it the next day. The tech who came out for my initial appointment (Kyle) was on time, polite, fast with his work, and the treatment was very effective. A follow up appointment was scheduled to ensure the nest was inactive and the tech who came out (Mitchell) was very on time, polite, informative on the questions I asked, and did a great job at making sure my home was safe. Thank you for going above and beyond!
