Thank you very much Kyle from Orkin. Kyle was very professional, knowledgeable and calm to quickly identify and explain our situation to us and remediation plan to get ride of the pest in our home. Kyle implemented plan right away and stated he will be back to follow up on the progress. Our other pest control company did not identify the pest nor know the remedy for them.

On two occasions I have confirmed my appointment time windows with Orkin, for which they assured me someone would be at my home ON TIME. I carved time out my schedule and no one showed up. The first time the technician didn’t have my home on his schedule. The second time the technician didn’t see my home on his schedule. Not to mention the termites are worse this year than after I was treated for them last year. The only time I got good service was before they got my money.

Mr. Jeff Robinson, Orkin Technician is top notch!! He explained every detail so clearly of the treatment he's about to provide, my contract and future treatment plan. He detail treated my home which made me feel confident that i will soon be bug free. I have contacted other pest control services who gave me the "runaround" by dragging an appointment date of an inspection then schedule a treatment date. "Pest Control" services need to understand the urgency and frustration of a customer's need. So I then called Orkin on 2/26/24 at 8:00 pm spoke with a rep who understood my situation. Guess what Mr.Jeff, arrive on 2/27/24 at 10:03. No doubt Orkin will get it done!! I will post update of each treatment to my home.

My rating is For Orkin is they are excellent. Also spoke to lady on the phone. There was a minor mistake, and she straightened it up in the matter of a few minutes. Great Job!

Very impressive. Had an inspection done yesterday, it was a clean process. Easy to schedule, no nonsense and the representative that came was simply amazing. Dawn out of Waldorf was super kind, very thorough and above all knowledgeable and professional. I was super anxious being pregnant but she made the process comfortable. Harry is my regular Orkin Pest Control Technician. He has been “spot on” with all of the services he has provided. He has been thorough and responsive to my concerns and requests. He makes recommendations when needed and provides options if need be. He has provided such great service, that I am considering the possibility of changing my current termite treatment service to Orkin. In any case, Orkin, and the Orkin tech whose name is Harry have been great!!! Keep up the great work!!!

I have filled out a survey before letting Orkin know that I wasn't satisfied about how they send people out without notice. I know that on occasions I don't have to be home but I stated that I want to be home and giving notice ahead of time when you all would be coming to my home. I was very adamant about this. I feel like you total ignored my request and I feel disrespected. I will not refer anyone to you all nor will I use you again. I also feel that I was over priced. On a positive not the young men that did the work and the young man that came out this morning were very professional and extremely polite. I give them an A++, management gets an Failure from me. The right thing to do is to satisfy your customer and maybe I'll reconsider how I feel about Orkin.
