We can't speak highly enough of Bruce @ Orkin. We had moved into our new home and we were experiencing an abundance of mice. When I say an abundance I'm talking 2-5 each night. After tallying hundreds of mice over a few months we decided we needed a professional. We had Orkin come out and do what they do for pest removal. They successfully rid the house of mice. They continue to come out monthly to monitor for any new activity. We are satisfied with their service over the years.

We never know the schedule from Orkin , they do not spray all areas as contracted. It’s very difficult to get someone to communicate. we increased the visits last year and the technician showed up 1 Time to spray in 5 months. we needed him to return for a respray which technician did.. but again not all areas of the house. . Nice technician. But Orkin scores a zero for communication and scheduling. As well as completion of job by spraying all areas. Perhaps very understaffed. But we still pay for the service.

Scott is always great and very easy to work with, he notifies me the day before he is coming and ensure the timing is convenient. The regular Orkin scheduling system however is extremely inefficient and has sent people to my house for pest control without notifying me or even asking if it's ok. The company should revert back to the tried and true customer service Scott provides instead of trying to automatically schedule their clients.

Keith is always on time, through and polite. He was prepared without notice to remove 2 large hornet nests that were aggressive and too close to our family and pets. Keith was here for a scheduled maintenance but had no problem suiting up and taking care of them without prior notice, even though he has been attacked by hornets before and was hospitalized for 2 days. He is a CHAMP!
