Ryan Akers, Branch Services Manager and Angel Bera, Account manager made an appointment to visit me at home and discuss the different pest control services that they offer. They took 2 hours of their time to explain everything in detail to me. We have used pest control services for the last 20 years and I can honestly say that I have never ever received exceptional customer service as I have with Orkin. Both Ryan and Angel went above and beyond to help me with my pest concerns. They are extremely knowledgeable and professional. Kim is our service technician and she did such a thorough and detailed job with my mitigation. I want to thank Kim as she played a big part as well. I am extremely impressed with Orkin.
