Our local orkin office in south central Wisconsin has been very difficult to communicate with. No notice of visits, not adhering to recommended or requested visits and schedules. I’ve spoken with nice customer service reps who leave messages with the local office to please contact us to resolve issues and they do not respond. Orkin used to be much better to work with but it’s on downhill since then.

If you want to pay almost $300 for a man to show up and point out all the cracks around yours house for you to fix then go ahead and hire orkin. They won’t fix anything they will tell you they can put a little trap but they won’t. They will charge u monthly and promise that if you’re not satisfied that they will show up for free and continue services but they don’t. Then they will still charge you for it perhaps twice. Then take about 3-4 days to tell you that it was something with their system and they can’t refund you your money because they don’t have proof on their side that it got charged twice. After calling them about 4 times they will finally give you a refund but only for one charge. They claim that they spray around the house for mosquitos but why not around the windows or crevices around the house? Orkin just wants your money you’re better off doing it yourself. I wouldn’t recommend. We had multiple guys come and they seemed like they didn’t know what they were doing something about their system being down. I don’t think orkin is as professional as they claim. Very frustrated with the service. It’s been months and I’m still waiting for a call from a manager.

Nick was awesome, patient and friendly as we scrambled to track down our animals and give him the house! Super thorough, explained everything, not to mention spent a Friday evening treating our house, giving us so much peace of mind. Gary was fantastic getting us set up same day for treatment. I got you all service last in 2021 which I feel like that last person had did a great job. This person came in didn’t see where they was coming in at, I sure there was a wear and tear place that was connected on my house that the first person had Patch up.. I ask him then put trap outside well he didn’t have the any, I didn’t have no wrong problems for 2021. He left have some traps from 2022 that use for the last 3 days..and catching mice. I asked him to leave some he left 8/9 like this gonna help me for the whole month and you didn’t even see what they are coming in at.waste or time and money I want to cry

Ryan was amazing. He was patient and listened to my concerns. He was thorough and was very personable. As a veteran myself we were able to connect and even share experiences we have both had in the military. It was great to feel like it was not just another job, but rather that he was doing something he enjoyed - helping people and caring for others and truly concerned about how he can help. His knowledge was extensive and he was great to work with. Hopefully he comes for my follow up appointments. The appointment making experience was also incredible. I needed some last minute service and the call center found availability the same day. The gentleman I spoke with was kind and caring and did not pressure me to buy into any package. He explained and answered all my questions and allowed me to choose what I felt like would be best for me without the pressure which was super nice!

We had a bee problem in our garage. We called and Kathy was fantastic on the phone. She ticked us into a cancellation slot so we were able to get service the same day. Charles came and sprayed the bees nest and other areas around the house. Within a few hours we had no more bees. Highly recommend Orkin!

Thank you for making this right! (Old Review) Never seen the guy show up and he did not knock on the door. I for sure was charged for this service with nothing more than a standard message saying the guy is at your house. Will call and dispute the charges and get this terrible service cancelled.
