Chris, the technician, was great. He took the time to talk to us and even our neighbors who had questions! We are so grateful. I also had a good experience talking with the scheduling and billing folks. I was confused at first about the yearly service agreement, but it was patiently explained to me. Really glad for Orkin!

We have a yellow jacket nest under our siding and when we made our appointment the secretary told us that they would remove the siding and the nest. After I left work early to meet the man they sent, I was informed by him they don't remove siding. My husband then spoke to an Orkin rep and she went on to tell my husband that she never promised us anything, to which we reminded her they recorded our phone call, so go ahead and play it. They did end up giving us a free treatment that won't ultimately fix the problem which is what we hired them for. They did not do what they said they would do, however the young man that came to work on our yellow jacket problem was very nice, professional and apologetic. I think they need to train some of their office people better.

This is my second year of using Orkin for insect repellent in my home and I am very happy. I find almost zero live bugs or spiders. They do a great job being efficient and respectful of my space. I got estimates from 3 or 4 different companies and Orkin was the best price. Highly recommend.

I've been using Orkin for at least 15 years (two different houses). Initially I had an ant problem and Orkin took care of it quickly. I was quite impressed. Made me a repeat customer. Although every Orkin rep I've had has been great, for a couple years several reps came and went. I didn't appreciate new people...who pretty much go everywhere...coming into my house. For the past 3 years (maybe longer) I've had the same rep. He's awesome...head and shoulders above every rep before him. Wish there was a sixth star because he would get it! Gary

Highly recommend their services! He was also training a new team member, so it was nice to see the thoroughness in their jobs!!

The Asian beetles and farm flies have taken over my house!!!!! My wife and I were lost with no direction. So much so we needed help. I was out to dinner and was talking with friends about the bugs taking over our house. Taylor came over said he could help us with the beetles and flies. He said he worked for Orkin and could easily KILL ALL THE BUGS. He said challenge accepted. I signed up and Chris the Technician came out on time and super friendly explained the process and he was very respectful and used shoe covers. Chris and Taylor both explained that if I’m not happy with the results they would come out the same day I called. Die bugs die!!!!!

Very satisfied with Orkin taking care of my Pest Control needs recently. James the initial applicator,and Derek with the two follow up inspections so far were both very prompt and efficient and do a great job. Would recommend the investment and worth it when the situation really warrants it.

Our local orkin office in south central Wisconsin has been very difficult to communicate with. No notice of visits, not adhering to recommended or requested visits and schedules. I’ve spoken with nice customer service reps who leave messages with the local office to please contact us to resolve issues and they do not respond. Orkin used to be much better to work with but it’s on downhill since then.
