I appreciate that Orkin was able to schedule a tech to come inspect and treat on the same day I reached out. Tyler was timely and professional. He listened to my concerns, answered my questions, and applied the initial interior and exterior treatments for our carpenter ant problem. In the months since the initial visit, Tyler has continued to be a reliable technician. He has continued to be timely and communicative, and we’ve stopped seeing evidence of continued infestation (granted, it’s now the end of January, ants aren’t really active in this neck of the woods during the winter). Overall, we have found Orkin’s treatment for carpenter ants to be very effective and are happy with the service we’ve received.

Excellent service Justin was great. Need to address the wasp situation on the inside of the house this wasn’t addressed. Justin assured us he was going back to you to address as I am sure this should be covered with my exorbitant initial payment of $345 and I still have wasps in my house!

Orkin technician Norm, answered all my questions before taking care of a huge bald faced hornet nest. These hornets are very aggressive so I’m glad the professionals! He also removed a smaller nest on the side of the house. Service was great, prompt, and courteous.

Wow...DON'T waste your money! Charges were not clearly explained to us up front and imagine our shock when we started getting charged monthly after paying a ridiculous amount of money to get service. As it turns out, my husband made more progress on our issues than Orkin. Oh, and our "guy" as he called himself, was here the first time - and every time after was someone else. Takes for ever to get through and get a call back. Really - use the Internet to solve your pest problems - or look for another pest control service in your area. Extremely disappointed we made the choice to use this service! Live and learn...the hard way...
