Ryan was the sweetest guy ever! My grandmother is 98 and I was on town to help her with the house, and he walked her through it and me. And he did great job!

Excellent service from the moment I called them. I had an appointment set for the next day. They came out. They were very courteous, very thorough in their inspection and in the spoken information given to me while they were here. Praise God they found no evidence of bedbugs, and my cost was $120 for the inspection. I highly recommend them. I dealt with the Harrisonburg Virginia office.

We’ve been using Orkin’s service for 10 years and we typically only see one or even zero mostly, spiders/insects in the house and just a few outside around the house between services. We tried a different service several years ago, because they promised they were better, but after just one treatment we started to have many issues that we never saw with Orkin, so we switched back. Our technician, James, is very friendly and courteous. He truly cares and does everything possible to take care of our needs. Highly recommend!

We were very happy with the service that Timothy provided today. He was very thorough and went above and beyond to get the job done right. We will definitely call Orkin next time we need a service.

James White is our tech and he is the best. He always makes sure to ask if we are having any issues and is thorough. We love James at our terminal in Mt. Crawford Southeastern Freight Lines

Andrew does our monthly maintenance service. He is very thorough and very professional. I would recommend Andrew at Orkin at any time. He gets the job done and makes sure we are satisfied with the job. Nice work Andrew!

Our service tech, George, is always very punctual and extremely thorough with his treatment plan on each visit. Due to the cold weather and being out in the country, he is concentrating on keeping the rodent population in check and so far he's done an excellent job with no activity apparent at this time.

Based on these reviews, my first experience doesn’t seem to be typical but I would be in remiss if I didn’t share mine. This was for the Harrisonburg VA branch. Called them to come out for some bees that were making a home on the side of my home. They came out and sprayed something that didn’t work, so I called them to come back out, and whatever they did the second time, also didn’t work. Wasted nearly 400 dollars on that. So I bought a ladder ( it was on the outside of the second story of my house) and a couple cans of wasp and bee killer with the long shot spray. Both of which were cheaper than the service and it took care of them within 2 days. Oh well live and learn right? However, I also signed up for them to come out monthly to treat the inside and outside of my home. Apparently it was for every other month, but on the phone I was told it was monthly. First month the guy showed up about an hour and a half outside of the quoted time frame, and didn’t even come inside. Did knock. Nothing. Called them to have someone come back out to do the inside like I paid for. No one ever came. So I decided I wanted to cancel the monthly (or as I found out, bi-monthly) service. I don’t recall ever signing a contract with them but maybe I did? Probably my mistake and I’ll take that. I lightly contested it and the woman on the phone was absolutely condescending and rude even going so far as to speak slowly and annoyed, the way you would to a child, when I asked any question. Told me I signed a contract and to deal with it, only to then go ahead and cancel it just like that. It was clear she just wanted to be an ass to someone in that moment because her attitude, and the result of the call didn’t correspond with one another. I can’t imagine why an adult would think it’s appropriate to speak to another adult in that way only to do a 180 and cancel the contract anyways. My experience doesn’t seem to be typical, but it was what it was and so there’s no way I’ll be giving them my business again.

I’ve used ORKIN for their routine maintenance plan for years and they have been great. I have had the same technician throughout and the consistency and trustworthiness has been a huge benefit of using this company. He calls before going out and provides an update if I’m unable to be present during the service. They have tackled everything from mice to insects and everything in-between. If we have an issue in between the regularly scheduled treatments they are always accommodating and will promptly address. Absolutely recommend for your personal property and for peace of mind with your rentals.

Matthew was very thorough and happy to answer my questions. I appreciated his work and his professionalism. Orkin was very easy to set up service with and schedule periodic service. Insects have already been significantly reduced after only two sprays. Reasonably priced as well.
