Well, I don’t know how this is going to turn out yet because today was the first day of service. Now I did my research and watched orkin videos on what all they do when they come and I’ve been so excited about them coming because I have 5 kids and we really are having a problem with roaches and fleas and ants and skeeters in the summer. so we were really excited to not have them anymore. And I went with orkin because my mother in Nacogdoches went with them and my sister in Longview went with them but my sister in Longview said she hasn’t seen so many bugs in her life so she wasn’t sure if it draws them out or what. So she may end up going with someone else because she doesn’t see a difference in two months. Now my mother doesn’t have a roach or spider or ant or flea or anything! So I thought yes this is what I need. But, no inspection was done first, and bless the guys heart he is young and yes he’s nice and not a bad guy, but I would prefer an older person with a lot of experience in the pest business you know? Like someone that has lived in the situation or really know where they hide and stuff! But I thought it was going to be like the videos on orkin site showing them going in the attic and caulking holes outside and putting pellets down and spraying my whole yard because I mean paying a lot of money, and I have 5 kids and two big dogs so fleas get bad in the summer along with ants. But this guy just sprayed in the corners of the rooms and put bait in the kitchen cabinets by the hinges and vacuumed behind the refrigerator and I pulled things out from under my island and he vacuumed there. And I guess he sprayed above the windows outside. Now I told him I may wait and see how this stuff does but the next time he comes to call me the day before so I can pull everything out of cabinets and pull furniture away from the walls and to see if the inspection person will come out and look in the attic and stuff but I just don’t know. I thought this experience was going to be different than it was and I just hope the stuff works and I’m just anxious. But if this doesn’t go good and be better then I’ll just go with another company which I hope I don’t have to do and I can just relax and not have to worry about my kids getting eat up this summer with fleas and ants and mosquitos and I can leave my sandwich out while I go to the bathroom without a bug enjoying it! lol but the guy has been nice.

Jayden has done my service a few times now and he is wonderful. Always so kind and trustworthy. Does his job well and ask questions and makes sure all is well before the service is completed.

The best service we have gotten , max was very detailed in every aspect possible, he explained everything very well & took care of us like family ! He inspected every little spot in our home & he definitely deserves a raise ! He was very nice and helpful in every way possible! Would definitely recommended to anyone & would want him to continue being our inspector for our home!

Max De La Hoya Vela was our service technician this time & he did amazing! He was very thorough/kind/smart and down right a great guy. I hope he is our tech each time now. I just want to warn people about this, especially if you're elderly or on a fixed income. A Orkin technician came to my home and discussed pricing. Verbally we AGREED UPON A PRICE which we could afford while living on social security. He asked my husband to sign for the agreement on his tablet which he did. We received the bill it is thousands over what we discussed.

I have been using Orkin for about a year now. Today I had the pleasure of meeting Ramon Ortega, who was an incredibly kind, polite, and respectful young man. He was very professional, took the time to ask if there were any particular areas that need extra attention, and was respectful about letting me know when he was finished up by quickly summarizing what he had done. Ramon was by far the most best tech that has serviced our home and it was a pleasure to meet him. In my opinion, he deserves a raise for his good attitude and customer service!

I really liked the services that Orkin did when they sprayed my 37' fifth-wheel travel trailer also sprayed outside around and under my trailer too. They are well worth spending the money to get it done. They use the best pesticide and the tubes of poison like the(Combat) tubes but better. I'm very happy with them and I can't wait till they come back.

I called and got same day service after seeing a lot of spiders. Chris did an amazing job, even emptied an outside cabinet I was afraid to use. Definitely will continue to use.

A representative from Orkin visited my elderly parents' residence and was very kind. Upon discovering that Terminix had quoted $4,000 for the service, Orkin offered to complete it for $3,000. However, the final invoice we received was close to $6,000.
