We needed to clean leftover rat droppings out of our attic. The year before they had came out to check due to termites swarming. This year we called and they came out with a new quote for this single service. They came the next day around 9AM and by 2:45 they were cleaning up. They did an amazing job. They cleaned out all old insulation, treated with a sealant, sprayed in all new insulation and cleaned up after what tiny mess it made. (Dust) I would highly recommend Orkin

Joe is hands down the absolute BEST!! Joe was very thorough in the inspection. I really appreciated the fact that he explained everything to me (I mean broke it all the way down). Orkin truly has a GEM with Joe. He made great suggestions and was very kind, and professional. I’m thankful that Joe is the one who inspected my home. Joe even made me aware of certain areas within and around my home that could make it easier for pest/rodents to enter into the home. I’m so thankful for Joe’s expertise! Right as Joe, the inspector was leaving the Orkin tech, Eric was on his way to spray our home. The customer service was AMAZING! Eric explained and went over the paper work to a “T”, prior to me signing the agreement. I really appreciated how smooth everything went. The office staff if I could give them 0 stars I would. I was told three different times by three different office staff that I would get a refund or is that what you tell your customers to get them off the phone with you?
