I wasn't even under contract in 2023 but I notified them over the phone on November 10, 2023 to NOT continue service.The lady told me she stopped service . Well 4.5 months later on March 22 I get a text notification at 6:22pm on a Friday that they are arriving March 25! The office was closed and I couldn't respond over the weekend . I wake up at 9:40am Monday and they beat me to the punch house already sprayed. I called right when I wake up and they didn't answer.Not surprised. I called my tenant and he notified me the tech has already sprayed. I got strong armed by Orkin today. They never serviced my property that early but today they did. By the way my property is a duplex but they kept only going to one side but charge for both sides.My tenant would always tell me they only came to the other side. I told Orkin over and over spray both sides .Why the hell would I only want one side of the duplex sprayed! Well I'm sure they hitting my account for $100 as I type this .Here we go it continues. I want my money back.

Someone did ring my doorbell at 4pm the day in question but I wasn’t home and did not have an appointment for termite inspection on my calendar. I am easily reached by phone, text, or email. It irks me that they claim I’m unreachable.
