I tried to work with this company for a couple of months, but every month there was a new issue. I made several attempts to resolve the problems before finally deciding to cancel my service. After I requested to cancel, Chris, the Service Manager in Fort Worth, repeatedly texted me trying to convince me to keep my service. However, when I was finally able to speak with him on the phone, I was shocked by how unprofessional and rude he was. Instead of listening to my concerns, he dismissed them by saying my complaints were “neither here nor there” and claimed the problems existed before he got involved. He argued with me about their product rather than trying to resolve the issues. He also insisted I had received a credit, but when I explained what was actually reflected on my credit statement, he simply told me it “doesn’t matter.” I have never experienced a manager who handled a customer with such disrespect and lack of professionalism. Rather than trying to make things right, I felt dismissed, argued with, and treated as though my concerns didn’t matter. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

Jennifer Goodman was wonderful when she inspected my house for termites. She found lots of problems that need to be addressed with rats and such. She will come back tomorrow to meet with my family to discuss what needs to be done to make the house better.

If I could give ZERO stars I would! Worst service ever. I’ve been with Fox pest control for years and wanted the best of the best for an issue I’m having and I was sold the service perfectly I was told everyone would have to leave the house including my pets 3 dogs 2 cats and 2 Guinea pigs. I took them all to Petsmart for day camp. The technician arrived 1.5 hrs late and he didn’t treat my home for what I needed all he did was a regular treatment. I wasted all this money on pets hotel for nothing he said my pets and my children could be home since it’s non toxic. I told him the service I need is not preventative since I have an active problem! He ignored me and also didn’t even treat my whole backyard! Only around my home! So much for we will investigate and solve your problem! Not satisfied at all! I’ve called multiple times since Saturday to escalate to a manager and nothing! Called today twice and was hung up on! Third time they said a manager would call me right away here we are 4 hrs later! Worst experience and customer service is the worse! Stay away from this place!

I’m going to share my first experience with Orkin in the hopes it helps someone else, and in the hopes that I actually get some help from them. I still have not received a phone call from a manager for the bad service I received for our first visit yesterday. I called Orkin because of their 99 years of experience, thinking surely they would know how to deal with these awful fleas. They aren’t typical fleas, they are stick tight fleas, or sometimes called stick fast fleas. They don’t look or behave like typical fleas either, which is why we have had such a hard time getting rid of them. They look like brown or reddish to reddish brown dots with graspers on them to attach to a host when one comes by. When I contacted Orkin, after having other smaller companies try and treat, and us try and treat these, I was assured by Jordan that they knew what stick tight fleas were, and that they had experience treating them outside and inside homes. Now here’s the fun part, these mean things are actually attacking me, which is why I had such hope for Orkin helping us. I have them on my back, and my scalp. They can attach to humans, it’s rare but can happen. My special circumstances with the illnesses I have I guess makes me special, and these things burn and hurt so bad. So when Nick came out yesterday, and rushed through the visit, barely listening when I said what we had, how long we had it, and where all they were, needless to say I wasn’t happy. Oh, and we paid over $300 for him to spray the exact same thing I have sprayed from Amazon. Nick acted like the can was precious and only wanted to spray the carpets, even though I said our house was infested. I mentioned everywhere they were and he told me they couldn’t be(which told me he had no clue what he was dealing with). I finally got him to spray a few areas that weren’t carpet, and he gripped the whole time doing so. I finally just wanted him out of my house so I didn’t ask him to spray everywhere that needed to be sprayed. Is this how you manage a really bad infestation Orkin? The way Nick handled it, had stick tight fleas attacking me last night. So I would appreciate a phone call and the service done correctly as stated on the recorded phone call, and on your website. If this is how you promise customers service will be, and then show up and deliver, you really need to rethink your whole company policy.

It was rill good visit. I have used them befor and it worked rill good but the professional that came to my house was not that good. Rill rude and lied about some stuff he did but did not do it knowing there was cameras. So I discontinued the service. We'll I called them back and I got DON LAMBERT was the professional who came out this time and he was so good walked me through everything that needed to be done and and was very knowledgeable about the situation we were having. He got to work fast and the service working immediately. Very happy very satisfied Will keep useing. Highly recommend this technician.

The two gentlemen that came to my home yesterday were very professional and communicated with me before doing their job. They found a nest which they sprayed and set up another appointment in a week to be sure all the wasps are gone. I would highly recommend this company to my family and friends

I am very disappointed with my experience with Orkin. My initial service on September 23 cost about $170, but they only treated the outside of my home and did an attic inspection. I rent, so any attic work is ultimately up to my leasing company—but what I really needed was the inside treated. When I asked why the inside wasn’t being done, I was told it wasn’t necessary because the technician was “so good.” Sure enough, bugs started coming inside shortly after. When I called to get follow-up service, I explained (as I had from the start) that any days besides Mondays and Tuesdays don’t work for me. Still, they scheduled me on a Wednesday weeks out. By the time my appointment came, the bug problem had gotten worse. Yesterday, I got a confirmation text for today’s (October 6) appointment between 12–2pm. This morning, without notice or explanation, my appointment was moved to October 15—over a week later. When I called, the representative couldn’t even see my original appointment for today. I’ve voiced multiple times that I’m not satisfied with the service and I feel like I was rushed into a plan I didn’t ask for. I wanted a one-time treatment, not a recurring plan, and now I understand why they push people so fast. The website advertises a satisfaction guarantee, but so far that has not been honored. Overall, my experience has been frustrating, unprofessional, and not worth the money.

I called this morning to move up on next service due to some ants, and they were able to accommodate us same day — our technician texted us timely when on his way, earlier than expected which was great, and was very friendly. Thank you!
