The Technician that came out for our first appointment was Alan, and he was excellent - incredibly knowledgeable, accommodating (I work from home and was in a meeting when he arrived, so he graciously got started on the exterior while I was tied up), incredibly professional and personable. He talked me through the full process and what he was using/why. Alan also put me at ease that the chemicals he would use around the interior of the home are not used in a quantity that could harm our indoor kitten, which helped to give me added peace of mind.

Victor was the technician who showed up. He was friendly, informative, took his time explaining the whole process and answering all of my questions and concerns. He was very accommodating because he knew I was really worried. Your reviews online are excellent and Victor exemplified that same excellence during his visit. Also when I called Ryan who talked to me had the same polite and caring attitude of professionalism. I appreciated his patience and reassurances and guarantees to take care of my problem. My technician Fred is always polite and professional. The services work as I have kids come stay with me on weekends and they have brought bugs in there gear which I tried to treat myself a few years back and that was a costly disaster. Fred is courteous to my pets and they do not fear him. Keep Fred as long as he is willing to work, great guy.

Technician was awesome. Very helpful, professional and friendly. Definitely knew what he was doing! When he was done he gave me a recap of everything he sprayed. He found several things that needed attention and took care of them. Great job! Would definitely use them again.

My technician was outstanding, very kind, efficient, informative, and communicative! 5 stars for him! Overall I'm putting 4 stars because I work an 8-5 job and I chose Orkin because they're listed as 24/7 service. This was not the case however because I called for two days straight after work and was left unanswered. I called this morning because I had a day off and someone picked up, if you're not going to receive calls after certain hours change your service hours accordingly because it's clearly not 24/7!

I’ve been impressed by the personal dedication that Fred Tippens at Orkin puts into making our woodland yard free from mosquitos. It’s not an easy task! The call center is easy to reach and he comes out the very next day if needed.
