Simple call for normal pest control service. They send an inspector to sell you a job and do not stand behind it. We were way overcharged for a service that was half done. HVAC issues afterwards with being told they didn’t do it…..mind you we have been up there before the work no issues, during the work, and after ourselves. NOW my cat kills a MOUSE in the house…. The whole reason we were SOLD an insulation removal and replacement for a MOUSE infestation because they had “special” insulation to keep this from happening. 1st time we have had one in our home YEARS even with the “infestation” and it’s after their service. Just don’t use them. They truly do not stand by a money back guarantee. Oh we also still have the SAME problem we called for.

Skylar, the inspector responded quickly to our request for our inspection. He was as my house the very next day. He was courteous and polite. He was straight forward and didn’t play around with his words. Very easy to talk to and made you feel like you were talking to someone you had known for several years. It was refreshing to talk to someone that was a straight shooter that didn’t try to trip you up with his words. He told me the good, bad and ugly. Then he told me my options. He was never pushy. He gave me time to get second or third opinions. He didn’t call and pressure me. He is an all around good and easy person to work and deal with. Not to mention the staff that have been at my home doing work. You couldn’t find better people to be working in your home. Even in hot, tight and uncomfortable conditions they always had a smile for me. Nathan and Jack always stopped and give me their full attention to whatever it was I had to say or ask. They were very knowledgeable and if they didn’t know the answer to what I was asking they were honest and said they didn’t know. No making something up and pretending that they knew. Always referring me to the right person to get the correct answer and information from. Nathan, Jack and all the other workers (sorry I didn’t get each of your names) that were on my property were A1 in my opinion. Orkin wasn’t the cheapest but in my opinion the we’re the best. I will continue to use them for now on. It’s nice to know there is still good, common sense, respectable companies left in the world. Just when you thing that there is very little common sense people left in this world. I had the pleasure of working with a professionally run, descent company with some home grown values. Thank you Orkin and thank you to the entire team that I had the pleasure of them take care of my home and property needs.

Extremely fast service, very professional, very helpful.The technician was very nice.Overall, a very pleasant experience, considering I tried to contact multiple other places that wouldn't even return phone calls.So glad that we chose Orkin I wouldn't go within other company. Everything is still great with ORKIN. I have no complaints at all. I'd recommend them to anyone, and actually already have. They're very friendly, Jeremy is our ORKIN guy and we couldn't be more satisfied with him. We've had others come and they've been friendly also. Always ready to help when I call with a question and they answer every time.
