I had a scheduling issue and could not afford service to begin with and I got hung up on by Tanya. The Cookville location is the closest to my house. We hadn't even had service begin yet. She proceeded to tell me I needed a 30-day notice when it hasn't even been 30 days since I scheduled the appointment then she tried to tell me that she would push the appointment out 30 days and I said well then take this as my notice I don't know when I'll be able to schedule again . Then she proceeded to repeat herself it's canceled it's canceled it's canceled and then hung up on me . Contrary to my experience with customer service the tech that came out to help with a free inspection to better address my needs was absolutely fantastic Leslie was kind and helpful. He was great at communicating after talking to Tanya I had some concerns that they weren't actually going to cancel my appointment and try to get me to have to pay for it anyway so I called him and he handled all my concerns I will never use Orkin because of being hung up on and so disrespectfully talk to on the phone I tried to call corporate and you can't ever get anybody on the phone because you have to go through 18 different answering machine question so I gave up.

Today was the first day for them to come here showed up on time, was very friendly and polite! Did an awesome job! I would recommend them to anyone! This is the 3rd or 4th time they've been out and what a difference since the first time! They so an outstanding job! Chris is awesome he goes through out the house checks everything and inspects everything really good! I would highly recommend Orkin to any and everyone!

The initial inspection revealed some things. The inspector took as much time as we needed to get all questions answered. The team showed up the next day to do the recommended work.
