I love these guys they are very professional and take the time to answer any questions I have like I have spiders in my house alot and I worry about snakes in my new place because there is a pond at the end of my driveway. So they have explained to me what services they can provide me about the snakes. Every technician has been great like I said very professional and very accommodating like I can only do weekends because I work so many hours it's hard for me to make any kind of appointments. They were the best decision I have made in a while. Very much worth the money which is not near as expensive as I thought it would be or as expensive as their competitors were when calling around before I got ahold of them.

I have had the same gentleman come out each time. He is very pleasant and knowledgeable. He answers all questions and my kitten absolutely adores him. Could not ask for a better experience. The service is also very effective. I had a silver fish and spider issues. Several all the time. Since visits they have almost 100% disappeared. I only saw 1 silver fish and 1 spider between visits and it was only about a week before my scheduled service. I have arachnophobia and this service has helped so much.

They charged us 10 thousand dollars and couldn’t fix the problem. The “guarantee” means nothing. The “inspector” is just a shady salesman who says all the right things and will never show up again. I’m sure he enjoyed that commission though! I am so disgusted by this company. So many lies. So much deception. So many no call no shows. That’s the problem with big companies like this. They do so much volume it doesn’t matter if they rip off a few people here and there. They got their money. There is nothing proprietary about anything they do. Everything they did could have been done for under a 100 dollars at Home Depot (besides the attic insulation). It took them months to even look at the area I initially told them about. And after all that money I spent unnecessarily, they finally found the problem (the area I pointed out initially) and could only come up with a temporary solution. Google won’t let me write enough words, I could write a whole book about this horrific experience. This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. The worst part is that I have called the corporate office multiple times to try and reach a resolution. The regional manager couldn’t be bothered to pick up the phone ONE TIME to call me. Even knowing that my son was bitten in bed after they did the “work”, they still couldn’t gather up the courage to contact me. Bottom line is they cannot be trusted and they will not respect your hard earned money. They are arrogant thieves who are not attentive to the customers needs. They should have issued a significant refund for the pointless work they did and we part ways as they were not able to deliver on their “guaranteed” promise. Now I have to have them show up randomly and unannounced to do basically nothing. I will say there are some really good people working there. Especially Chris the technician. He has been super knowledgeable and trustworthy. Then I think her name is Darlene… she works in the office and is obviously overworked and most definitely underpaid. She sounds like a real angel. Anyway, Orkin keeps spamming me to leave a review, so there it is! If you have a big important job, look elsewhere or you’ll definitely regret it. If they are unable to fix the problem, you will get no support from their corporate office whatsoever. Reply to response: Yes it’s the obligatory “call us response” to pretend publicly that you genuinely care about your customers. You know who I am, have the regional manager call me. I will update this review periodically. UPDATE: 10/12/24 it’s now been two weeks since the cookie cutter “we care” response. Still no one in the company has reached out. As you can see, they will rip you off with indifference. Update: 11/28/24 Spending Thanksgiving still fighting rats… still no contact from corporate. I learned that managers will Gatekeep you from any kind refund. This is what 10 thousand dollars gets you from Orkin: a nightmare. Just refund me already

Orkin was a very easy service to schedule. The customer service was excellent all the way from the representative scheduling the service to the Exterminator Kirby who serviced my home. Kirby was very nice and knowledgeable about the services needed . He also explained the process for the next visits. Definitely glad I went with Orkin!
