Orkin of Woodland, CA

The administrative department or whatever department manages the customer in terms of getting my service at the correct intervals. Along with managing the preset requirements that both parties agreed upon. This part of Orkin is an absolute disaster. Apparently due to massive personnel changes and lack of available management over site, Orkin is doing a poor job of servicing me and my needs.

I really wish I could give them a zero star rating they are so unprofessional and full of lies every single person is trained to lie on your face it’s been 1 year of using their service and they could still not get rid of the roaches on top of that when I’m calling on their Hayward location the call center girl is so rude and lying again and agian about manager is not available she purposely put me on hold for 15 mins we had an appointment window for our pest control today from 10am to 12pm and nobody showed up after calling them 5-6 times they lied every single Time that technician is running late I’ve small kids and we planned the day accordingly we can’t be at home after the treatment for 4 hours I’m highly disappointed with their services hope some upper management get to see how they been treating their customers. Im cancelling their service agreement.

Orkin provided amazing service for us so far. Keon was attentive, thoughtful, fast, and knowledgeable. He explained clearly what we needed to do, paid out a plan, worked around our schedule, and was extremely kind

Dear Jonah, I wanted to personally thank you for the outstanding work you did during my pest control service at the VA San Jose Hospital. Your professionalism, attention to detail, and knowledge truly stood out, and it made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. You took the time to explain everything clearly, answered my questions with patience, and made sure the job was done thoroughly and correctly. It’s obvious that you take pride in your work, and that level of care does not go unnoticed. Thank you again for your excellent service and dedication. It was a pleasure working with you, and I would gladly recommend you to anyone looking for reliable and high-quality pest control. Sincerely, Sean Wallace Building Manager

The extermination workers are great and have helped me with our kitten and his flea issue. There’s a huge miscommunication with the administration office, however. Two weeks ago I’ve asked them to call so that they were able to further explain the contract I signed, as I was confused on payment. They took two weeks to even reach back to me AFTER I have already told the extermantor who visited, that I no longer needed an explanation as he was able to help me understand the contract. The lack of communication from admin staff is very offputting and the amount of time they took to reach back to me is very Unprofessional. Very disappointing.
