These guys are a scam first they tell me a certain price then after the first payment my price went up to 80 every visit but I signed up for 38 dollars and only for outside. Then they always come hours before it rain and always when I'm not home to actually see what they are doing the last time they came out he said he already treated my yard for fleas but I only saw that he put some wite powder at my door step I said to him what did you do I only see my door step then he proceeded to put stuff down along the ditch . Maybe I got a lazy technician but the job was horrible .also if you say you guarantee something why do you come back consistently. These guys are a scam I recommend not using this place orkin

I had an amazing experience with Orkin, and I have to give a huge shoutout to my technician, Jason! From the moment he arrived, he was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely courteous. He took the time to explain everything in detail, answered all of my questions, and made sure I fully understood the treatment plan. Jason was very thorough and didn’t cut any corners, he carefully treated every area and made sure nothing was missed. You can tell he takes real pride in his work and genuinely cares about his customers. Not only did he do an excellent job, but he was also punctual and respectful of my home. It’s hard to find service like this these days! If you’re using Orkin, I highly recommend asking for Jason, you won’t be disappointed. 10/10 service!

A huge lack of communication in the department. The techs were amazing but I would get one price from a manager and then call to set up and it was over double the price the manager personally quoted to me. It's sad because I dont usually post negative reviews but this is the 4th time that something like this has happened with them and I've heard about the florence branch doing it to more than just us. One manager called back to see if i wanted to resume service after the last mess up and in the couple days it took for me to call them back they decided to not honor their word and tried to charge me the price to restart the service. This is after they kept canceling their routine maintenance during the summer and never ended up getting the issue back under control because of how long it was between services.
