No one told me to have cupboards empty, he only did a soft spray. Seeing more now since he did it. Needed to be a full house spraying. Was not worth the money I paid for the amount he did. Bad communication, need to be told ahead of time so we can be ready. NOT HAPPY .

Office staff cant seem to get the most simple things correct or document even though they say they will so the techs end up with the wrong phone number or not doing a complete service. Have used orkin for about 10 years. Last couple of years, they have gotten terrible with communication and scheduling. Not really happy with them overall, but when they do get out and spray EVERYTHING they are supposed to, it does seem to help.

Someone showed up to do yearly inspection and we didn’t have an appointment. Then they didn’t even come inside to do the yearly one so we had to reschedule to have someone come finish the job. We made an appointment time and then the technician called to confirm a different time. The communication between the office and technicians need some work. Technician was good.
