I don’t feel like the issue was treated. The technician came in looked around the apartment. Put some traps down, which is freaking me out. He didn’t seal up any possible entry points like under the sink behind the stove or anything like that. Granted. I had just cooked on the stove and the stove top was hot. If he would have suggested that let’s wait a little until it cools down and the I can pull the stove out and check if there could possibly be an entry point. He did not offer that. He did mention that there is a spray that they can use that costs an additional $60. I paid $200, for you come and put traps and sticky traps down. I’m disappointed at this point. I don’t feel safe with the treatment that I paid for. There was no exterminating going on at all. Now I have wait until one of these nasty mice get caught on one of these traps and then call them to take it out of my unit. I want to cry. He put traps in the bedroom too. Close to a vent. My only hope is when they return they seal any possible entryways moving forward. The monthly cost is going to be around $52 a month. I feel bamboozled. They missed the mark on this one.

I called this morning to schedule carpenter bee treatment. The technician came out and treated around my home. And then I was emailed the service report. The service report says my home was treated for wasps, hornets, bees etc... But there is no mention of carpenter bees specifically. Carpenter bees are treated differently. I called and spoke with the manager. He said all bees are treated the same and they don't have an option to add carpenter bee treatment to the service report. That doesnt make sense. They are a pest company, carpenter bees are common. Why cant they add this to the service report? They also told me on the phone that there was a 30 day warranty. This is also not mentioned on the report. Anyway, I guess we will see what happens. (Edit to response..Thank you for the info, .if you read my post, it says I already talked to the manager.) Follow up: 2 days after treatment , the bees are back. Like I said, it was not done properly. Video posted below. Follow up: Several treatments and 30 days after the initial visit and I now have carpenter bee damage and the bees are still active. It has definitely gotten worse since I 1st called.
