Go with any other company and support a local business. This is a corporation and is treating their customers as such. Asked for a quote over the phone on getting rid of a specific kind of pest. Was quoted something around $200. I knew this number was too low as I’ve already did some research so when the gentleman came to my house, I brought that up from the second we started speaking he quoted me then $400 plus tax to get rid of the problem said he had to check with management before moving forward when he came back from his truck. He then quoted me $2600 or $7000 the discrepancy and quotes that I got from two different people that work from their company was so big that I feel like this Is a company that shouldn’t do business. I’m hoping someone reads this and gives the business to a local company that’s going to run their company right. I work in the car Buisness and if I give someone a price, I have to honor it as a manager at the dealership. I can lose my job. Is the price discrepancy on a service or on a vehicle is off by that much I will be reaching out to the Better Business Bureau about this as well.

Our technician name was Roberto Berumen. He was fantastic! Extremely polite and very knowledgeable. I was able to ask any question regarding my service as well shown the products he was using and what they do and what to expect. I definitely would recommend Roberto! He will be the one we request to have sent out.

Miguel has been taking care of our home and yard since we bought our house and moved in 6 years ago and we've not had an issue so far with any insects,rodents,mosquitoes or other pests. He is always super polite and friendly. He lets us know when he's on his way, asks if we're having any particular issues and alerts us to any outside problems that needed addressing. I've been with Orkin for over 20 years now with my houses and apartments and I've been very happy with my service. I don't believe I've ever had a technician that I didn't like, but I will say that Miguel is one of the best we've had.

Jason was awesome! We just moved to AZ and knew nothing about termites He really took the time to go over everything. I highly recommend Orkin, Jason comes highly recommended as well , super knowledgeable!

I've had service from Orkin since 2021. Termites. They eliminated the pest issues and continue to monitor my home yearly. My Tech, Christian, was friendly, polite and explained everything. I actually look forward to their visit!

I will never do business with orkin again. I have never left a review but the way they handled my account and problems were very unprofessional. I had contact them 2 weeks postpartum for an issue I was having. When I originally called I was told this wasn’t a contract nor an agreement. I would pay month to month and can cancel anytime. When I tried cancelling I was told I couldn’t because it was a contract and I had to be with them till June of 2026. I was already Irritated because I was never made aware of that when I asked for a manager to call me no one ever did. I just spoke with them yesterday and I asked when I was able to cancel guess what they told me I could cancel at anytime . So you’re telling me I could’ve cancelled when I originally called. The customer service part of it is horrible it’s like they don’t notate conversations. They made me pay almost a full year of service I didn’t even want from the beginning it’s ridiculous! I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. You’re better off going to another company.

Been using Orkin for a few years now and I feel like we have had Miguel pretty much the whole time. Miguel is FANTASTIC! He’s personable, remembers us, our previous issues and the house. Would recommend to anyone. Bugs have not been an issue since starting to use them and when we once had bugs come back, they were out here earlier than scheduled the next time to address it.
