I'm honestly shocked to see the 4.7 star reviews. My experience with Orkin is one of the most frustrating series of interactions I've ever had. When I originally booked service to address a flea problem (it was a Thursday) I was told they could be out as soon as Friday morning. Around 2 hours after making the appointment, I got another call saying they didn't actually have availability until Monday the following week. Super frustrating but mistakes happen. I was told by the exterminator he would need to come out 2 weeks later. Around the 2-week mark I called to see when they were planning on sending someone. They said they didn't need to do another treatment at 2 weeks and that it was monthly. Approaching the 1-month mark, I called again to see when they were sending someone. I was able to schedule an appointment for a Thursday morning. On the Friday before, around 5:30pm I got a text saying my appointment was moved to Monday morning. Keep in mind, my wife, 2 kids and 2 dogs all have to vacate the house for 4 hours following treatment and I wasn't prepared for Monday morning. I tried calling that evening and all weekend to figure out if I could keep my original time, but no one answered until Monday morning. We weren't able to move the appointment and just had to figure it out. At this appointment I was told the treatments are actually going to be every other month instead of every month. Again, approaching the 2 month mark with no contact from Orkin, I called to see what the plan was. I was told I had an appointment for sometime between 8am and 4pm. They couldn't tell me what time so I could make a plan to get my family out of the house. I said that wasn't acceptable and asked for a more specific time. They were able to move me to a Monday morning between 8am to 10am, which was perfect. I made appointments for my dogs at the groomers and my wife and kids made play-date plans while I took time off work to be available at the house. The morning of, the exterminator no-showed. I waited until 10:05 and called Orkin. I was informed the exterminator was running behind and they would try to get an ETA. I told them I would cancel the appointment if the exterminator didn't show by 10:30. I never got an ETA and at 10:30 I called to cancel the appointment. Later in the afternoon, around 2 or 3pm, the exterminator showed up. I answered the door and asked if he had talked to his office, which he had not. He had no idea the appointment had been cancelled. Based on their inability to keep scheduled appointments, I cancelled all future service. I can't plan my family's schedule around Orkin's ineptitude with providing service. The only reason they get 2 stars instead of 1 is because they actually got rid of the fleas. I am very grateful for that.

I chose to go with Orkin to spray for my roach problem. They were the best price I could find. Scheduling was quick and convenient. The technician was very professional, friendly and explained everything very clearly. I highly recommend this company for your pest control issues.

I wish there was an option for 0 stars as was the case with the service provided (or lack thereof) since the technician didn't bother to show up for the appointment. He also didn't bother to call. My appointment time was 8-10. At noon I called to inquire about the possible tardiness and for next steps since I had taken time off work and ultimately decided to take the day to accommodate any emergencies that may have presented. I was told the tech or a scheduler would contact me shortly to arrange plans. Well, that call never came. At 3p, I called to cancel the appointment as I needed to pick up my child from school. While the representatives I spoke with were professional and understanding, the same cannot be said for the unprofessional, unacceptable, and just overall lack of ethics exhibited by the individual(s) who failed to do the jobs they get paid for. At least someone made money today, because I sure didn't. So yeah thanks for a huge waste of time and energy...on my part, because Orkin didn't bother to do anything it claims to do.

The experience is great because of the professional man James that comes out. He is very knowledgeable in his field and I appreciate that. He is kind, efficient and hardworking but still takes the time to acknowledge you as a person and not just a customer.

Christopher did a walkthru prior to treatment explaining everything he would do and answering any questions I had. He listened to me tell him about the different areas of the house and about the foundation. I was appreciative of the time he took before treatment so that I understood what to do and expect and he understood how best to treat. I'm glad I hired Orkin bc you know they're using the chemicals safest to use both inside and outside and using them in a safe manner. Christopher was both courteous and professional who knew what he was doing, a no BS service technician. Thanks Orkin!

Kyle was my pest control tech, very knowledgeable about product and how it works in detail. They are taking care of a serious roach problem in the garage and so far everything he told me is happening which I am very pleased for, thank you again for the help and taking care of the issue.

I was at work but my wife and kids were there and from what I heard and witnessed when I got home was the problem was solved. the price was a little high I guess (not by much) but overall Orkin got the job done. excellent customer service and job done. Would highly recommend to any family and friends. This is my first review in years just felt the need to write this because I really believe what they are selling lol tried and true

Orkin’s response to my negative review was to reach to out to their office, which I already had done. I was charged $239 on July 11 and another $239 on July 22. Their response was I was charged a second time because I was set up on auto pay. However, auto pay would have been 30 days after the July 11 charge and the amount according to contract should have been $90 for a monthly maintenance fee. I am still waiting for the refund of the second $239. The pictures I have attached is just a small snipit of what is still around my house despite 2 visits.

It was my first initial visit for mice control not fully knowing what it all would be like treatment wise. When Mr Abraham Olguin come he let me know the entire process and talked to me about every step of the way. Truly made my first experience was cool. Time to see if the treatment works but the great customer service from him is top tier!

The inspection was ok, but absolutely nobody has responded on a date of treatment! Inspection was on a Saturday it's now Tuesday and I have heard nothing. So I don't know how to feel about this company.
