I had an appointment and it was for 10:00 to 12:00. No one showed or called. It was after hours so I called the next day and set a new appointment for 8:00 to 10:00am. Again no one showed so I called and the tech came around 10:30. Pete was an excellent tech and was very knowledgeable and professional. I would give Pete 5 stars but the others get two stars at best. The did not even bother to apologize, like one is just so posed to sit and wait. The part about customer service was lost with all but Pete!

I contacted this business last spring due to an ant problem. After inquiring about their services and prices, I decided to give them a try. The initial visit went smoothly, and I signed on their tablet to authorize the payment, thinking it was a standard procedure. Throughout the summer and fall, everything seemed fine. However, in November, I noticed a charge on my card without receiving any service. Perplexed, I decided to call the company in December to address the issue. During the phone conversation with a woman from the company, I was informed that I had been enrolled in a yearly program where they charge me monthly, and they come every other month. This was news to me, as I don't recall signing up for such a program. When I asked the woman to email me the details of the agreement, she hasn't followed through. This situation has left me feeling frustrated and confused. I believe it's crucial for businesses to be transparent about the terms of their services and agreements. I am still waiting for clarification and documentation regarding this unexpected yearly program.

Orkin/Joseph-Carlo Visona showed up the next morning after I found an incredibly large paper wasp hive on the side of my house the night before. Appointment was setup through text with a Rep which was convenient for me. The Tech let me know when he was on his way and arrived on time as quoted. Service took about 20 minutes. Pets and myself had to be out of the home for at least 4 hours afterward. Tech said it can take 2-3 weeks to see best results. I am hopeful.
