Our second guy was wonderful. Changed out old sticky traps put down new also made sure house outside siding was good also put new bait in outside box. He is great. Not sure what the first guy did. He was only here 10 minutes for his inspection.

Service was average. Tech was spraying around the exterior of house, I had to prompt the tech to go around the house and sweep for spider webs. He ensured me he did, but after he left I noticed there were several webs on the back bedroom window. One story home, so easily reached but clearly not done.

Called them about a hornet and what thought were bee, actually yellow jackets, issues. Came out quickly treated and explained everything. Even got us on a maintenance plan which is very reasonably priced. Very communicative with everything. So far very happy with company. Much better than previous competitor from the get go.

I give 5 stars because this company has done the job it’s supposed to, and it’s worked.! Most importantly Justin is the gentleman that comes and takes care of everything for preventative matters at the business and has done an excellent job, keeping the spiders away from my home. It’s definitely awful when someone has a phobia of spiders. So I would really like to thank, Justin for all of his kindness and understanding. Justin is our tech and I just can’t stress enough of how understanding and number one definitely patient he is with us. Thank you and they definitely have a good employee. I have also dealt with another gentleman and got the same treatment as he was very patient understanding and knowledgeable. I’m glad the people that come out to our Homes and businesses are understanding and kind and knowledgeable.
