“Use this family-owned business for any pest control! They go "beyond the call of duty" each time we have our house sprayed for wasps and mosquitos. We were hosting a Sunday Father's Day cookout, and they waited until the rain stopped on Saturday evening to come out and spray. They now have us on a monthly mosquito prevention plan, which is cost-effective and really keeps the mosquitos away. I would highly recommend Frame's to anyone.”

“Originally I contacted a competitor, but they informed me they would first come out and inspect the premises and give an estimate. Then they would schedule another visit for treatment. Not being pleased with their service, I decided to call Frames instead. The lady whom answered my call said they could be out tomorrow. I expressed my concern because I had to babysit my grandkids then. She then asked me to hold for a minute. When she came back on the call, she informed me if it was ok the tech could be out within the next few hours! In addition to the excellent service she provided, the technician, Tom, was professional, courteous, very helpful and friendly. “My apartment hired Frame's to deal with a small infestation in my apartment. The inspection happened earlier than scheduled, which normally would not be a problem but the "professional pest control" inspector concluded that there wasn't an issue in my apartment. When I came home from work (shortly after he left) I walked in and found several pest on walls and furniture. A few days afterwards they came to spray my house and completely destroyed it. While I'm thankful that they sprayed for the pest I feel that some care to my apartment should be part of the job. It's one thing to be dealing with a pest problem but then when you reach out for help it should feel like you're being helped not like they are working against you. I simply hope that what they sprayed down will remedy the problem. I'm giving two stars with the understanding that pests can be any and everywhere and that the company most likely did what they needed to to get the job done but also hoping that the company understands how traumatizing an experience like this can be and choose to work with their customers in the future.”
