Hard sell for buying 5 year contract. Best to shop multiple companies for price. Spotty service. Some inspection dates we were notified. Half the time no warning or calls they were coming. If you are not home, no guarantee all the traps were checked. Difficult to talk to customer service to schedule dates and times. I work at home so I’m available to review any visits.

Charged $500 for a service, they said they thoroughly checked the cabinets and sealed up the place. Over a month later the rat is still here and they came back twice and assured me they thoroughly checked the place, which I can tell you they did not. They left traps for mice, even though I repeatedly told them it was a rat. Don’t waste your time or money with this place. The photo I added was taken Thursday. They have been here twice, still no results.

In the past I’ve had to take time out of my busy day to call to speak to a manager about late arrivals or lack of communication. The last couple of years our local Orkin has been operating smooth and efficiently. I don’t know what has changed with the company but it seems to definitely be for the better. The reps on the phone are friendly, endearing and sound genuinely concerned. Our tech was great. He’s been the same tech the last few times and he’s always been to the house at the earlier part of the time window we’re given. He’s professional and very friendly. He’s also knowledgeable, efficient and responsive. He’s by far the BEST tech yet and has made our overall experience an enjoyable one. I wish I remembered his name because he definitely deserves the recognition and a raise.

I’m very pleased with the service we received in our home. Timmy was very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to give me good tips and was responsive to my concerns. So far I’m happy with our decision to go with Orkin for extermination services. We signed up for quarterly services and this first service has given me more security in making that decision.

Tried to use Orkin to remove some wasps at two spots at my house. Wasps were getting into my son’s room and also the bushes by the swing set where my daughter got stung in the neck. The serviceman showed up without a ladder. He said he got the nest. The best day I still saw wasps entering the area where they removed the nest. Monday I called to get a callback. Was told someone would call me. Tuesday I called and they told me that they couldn’t come out until Friday. Given the severity of the issue I thought they should be able to come out sooner given how they claim how great they are when they come back. Don’t feel the guy did a thorough job, Given the $400 price tag, I expected better. On top of it all I have asked to talk to a supervisor and they said they called back (no voicemail and no missed call). Tried again and still waiting for a callback. Was considering using them for my business but now no way. Stay away and save your money

Henry came to handle a wasp situation in the front of my house. He was knowledgeable, kind and caring towards my fear on the situation. I have a newborn baby and elderly dog and Henry made me feel comfortable with the course of action that he took. Not only did he get rid of the underground hive in front of my house, he did a perimeter assessment to see if any other areas needed treatment. This Orkin is easily a 5 star company. We had wasps coming in our house from somewhere on a Friday and we tried a few other companies. Everyone said the best they could do was Tuesday. Orkin said they had a guy out and would see if he could stop by on his way back to the shop. They came on-time, almost to the minute, and did a inspection. He was professionally dressed and was very courteous. He did his assessment and we talked options. The rate he gave us was very reasonable and they got the job done. This is what great service is all about. It's the human touch that elevates a company. We will definitely start using this company for our pest control needs.
