Do NOT use them. Been a member for years and they treat me like trash. Have told them multiple times….. MULTIPLE times to come on Fridays for their monthly service (so someone will be home for the indoor service). They always come on a day other than Friday and just do the outdoor service, even though they are supposed to come for the indoor service too. I then call to reschedule the service for the inside and they STIlLL pick a different day. It’s honestly a scam. Recently they were supposed to clean up a hornet nest in my crawl space which they did, but they never finished the job. They are supposed to seal up the hole left between the shingles as part of the service. It’s been over a month and they still haven’t fixed it. They keep sending new technicians who have no idea what the situation is who leave and say they can’t do it and to reschedule. There is ZERO communication between the office and their technicians. They take pictures but the communication is never passed on to the next person so the same thing keeps happening over and over again. They are a SCAM, they honestly take advantage of people.

At first, they seemed extremely professional and thorough team. Came on time and proceeded to inspect the entire house. Soon after a Technician arrived and discussed the issues found so he could finish the job. Worth every penny because the plan will include 7 more visits throughout the year for prevention. Very pleased with the entire team during the first visit. HOWEVER, the follow up has been poor. I was emailed a proposal for treatment of my issue with no details, just price, and the "PRO" has not gotten back to me with an explanation of service. This part, NOT ACCEPTABLE!

Jayden was the technician who was assigned to fix our problem. He did a great job. He got right to work. At the end of the project, he showed me what he did and how he did it. UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICES - price gauges clients, massive disconnect between calling their main line (call center) and their local branch line - tried charging me $432 dollars for a technician who tried to cancel my appointment after arriving 45 minutes ahead of the confirmed appointment time, who found 2 inactive wasp hives in my attic that were in such precarious positions that the only thing he could do was spray them down a few times with a few spritzes of insecticide and dust. Not the tech's fault, but he said the service charge was already in the system for the full scope of service even though the call center I spoke to assured me that the 432 was just the pre-authorized charge amount IN CASE we went that route. I called the Elmsford branch (since the tech was from there) who offered to remedy the situation with a $50 discount, which was less than satisfactory to say the least. Tried explaining to the tech's manager that I had not received the full scope of pest removal services I was being charged with. Eventually spoke to his manager who tried asking me how long the tech spent at my house, etc - which was a grant total of 30 minutes at most. And proceeded to try to tell me the time he spent during the inspection was also factored into that price... which is OUTRAGEOUS since they advertise their inspection is free everywhere online, including their website!!! Shady business practices to say the least - save yourself the time and money. Ended up receiving a larger discount (with the condition that my warranty be voided, which I didn't care about as I no longer trust their services of practices) that I was still less than happy with considering the PEST CONTROL SERVICES DIDN'T WORK at all. I have more wasps coming in than ever and had to contact another pest control company to handle the matter PROPERLY this time... horribly disappointing.
