They came to service for 2 bees nests. There was only around 4 dead bees after 1week. The bees are all still going into my house. I called to have them back for the 30 day guarantee told me they won’t be I. The neighborhood for another week. At this rate their 30 guarantee is useless since the 30 will be almost up! Requested a refund still have not received a call back. I just keep getting these stupid texts that say they are coming! I might as well not gotten the service at all!!!

Not blaming the guy who came to our house, but an exterminator arrived completely unannounced and started spraying our yard with chemicals without even telling us beforehand. We sent several emails and calls to the company (which were not answered) canceling any future appointments because the pricing they gave us after the initial inspection was crazy. 20k for mice removal. That’s right 20 thousand dollars. Despite cancelling any future services, an exterminator randomly showed up with no notice beforehand, knocked on our front door, and when did not answer he just started spraying chemicals around our house and bushes without speaking to us at all.

5 stars for JOSE RAMOS- I want to take a moment to share my deep appreciation for the exceptional service provided by Jose Ramos, a technician with Orkin Pest Control. Jose has consistently gone above and beyond in his role—not only is he polite, punctual, and professional, but he also truly understands our unique situation and handles it with care and attention to detail every time. Despite some account and address complications, (in house) Jose has always known exactly where to go and what needs to be done. I also want to thank Giselle for her patience, kindness, professionalism, help and for taking the time to update Jose directly when the account changes weren’t reflected properly—because they both already had such a strong understanding of the issue, he was able to step in and continue delivering seamless service. Jose Ramos is a true asset to Orkin. His professionalism, reliability, and problem-solving skills stand out, and I genuinely believe he deserves recognition—and a raise—for the work he does. Orkin is incredibly lucky to have him as part of their team. Thank you again, Jose, for always showing up, knowing exactly where you need to be, and getting the job done right every time.

Giovanni was absolutely amazing!!! He was kind and professional. This was the first time we needed an exterminator and I don’t do well with bugs and he was compassionate and knowledgeable. I called this morning and got an appointment right away for a few hours later! He did an assessment and assured me everything would be ok. I feel at ease now because of Orkin and Giovanni. Thank you!!!! He even put booties on his shoes so he wouldn’t bring in dirt into the house. So considerate!

There is no way to schedule or reschedule an appointment unless you call them. They say they will be there all of a sudden in a few days. If that doesn’t work, the scheduling system only allows you to change in the same month so good luck if they randomly schedule you for the 29th. You call their local number…no one answers after 10 minutes. Leave a voicemail. No call back. Avoid this franchise.

So when this was rescheduled this past Friday for March 14th that’s what I was expecting to have you here NOT TODAY! So I’m dealing with a death in my family and I told y’all that when I canceled my original appointment. So to my surprise this evening a tech shows up without my consent is very very irritating! I didn’t see the text until he actually showed up! So what the next step here?

If I could give zero stars I would. My experience with Orkin was nothing short of awful. I have a rat infestation in my home. I was told they would do a full perimeter check, seal points of entry, and that bait boxes would also be installed outside the home so my small children wouldn’t be able to get near them. The gentleman who came did NOT do a thorough perimeter check, plugged one hole with some wire mesh, and put down OPEN snap traps. I have a one year old toddler and as a result had to close off my entire living room. I told them I was COMPLETELY unsatisfied. They said they don’t install baitboxes in residential homes and only plug holes smaller than a dime. So I was lied to and the service offered is useless if I have a rat problem. I told them that I would not be paying and do not wish to continue. I have since been sent a bill not only for the horrible service I received, but a projected bill for the following month, wherein they would come back and do what? I told him I won’t be paying again, and that I’m DONE with the service. I have since been called by Orkin several times asking to come back to the house and “make it right” and I have repeatedly told them no. They should have done a decent job the first time. It’s becoming a nuisance to be called this much by a company whom I thought I made it clear to I would never use again. Stay away from Orkin. Beyond useless

10 out of 10 would recommend found a few bugs In the middle tonight and was able to call and set up an appointment for like the next day, they were fast they were efficiently. Let me know they were on their way super professional. They also quote you the price before they send someone out so I really do appreciate that as well
