His name is Dan - he's doing great. Dan was very professional and helpful. My only concern is when I talked to headquarters to see what will be done, I was told that they would also be spraying the perimeter. This can not happen in cold upstate New York winter months. We have to wait for the spring. The person I talked to at Orkin headquarters should have explained this to me. And again, Dan has been great.

My window of service was scheduled between 2pm - 4. The technician showed up at 12:45. He called to let me know he was there and really didn’t need me. So that worked out fine. The tech removed a bees nest. The work was completed efficiently. My only complaint (4 stars instead of 5) is he didn’t pick up the nest parts scattered on the lawn.

I have a carpenter ant infestation in my home and Orkin did their initial treatment today. I only gave 3 stars because I don't know the success or effects of their program yet. There was also a miscommunication in expected service because my call went to a call center and not the Utica office like I thought I was speaking to. I had expressed all of my concerns and extent of the ant issue on the phone, but the service tech who came only thought he was spraying a nest site I found. I need an aggressive extermination plan, so it's yet to be seen if this will work. They will return next month and every other month for a while. I will update through the process.

Casey Knight, our technician was on time, very professional, courteous, and answered all of my questions. We had carpenter ants getting into our house; she traced back what tree they were coming from, and sprayed there along with the perimeter of the house. It has taken care of the problem. She also sprayed for insects and ticks. And did a mosquito plan for us as well. Casey took her time to explain to me what she was doing, and what chemicals she was using. Our dogs have always shredded the glue strips for carpenter ants in our garage. Casey ordered tin-cats for us to put the glue strips in, so the issue is resolved. Very pleased with Casey and Orkin.
