★★★★★ I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Orkin! I called because we had a very sudden and concerning yellow jacket infestation. They were literally chewing through the foam insulation around one of our basement windows, which was especially frightening because I have a child with a severe bee allergy and I also run a daycare out of my home. I explained the situation when I called, and they miraculously managed to squeeze us in that same afternoon. I was so incredibly grateful, especially with my wedding coming up this weekend and everything else I already had on my plate. The technician, Evan L., who came out was absolutely wonderful. He explained exactly what he was going to do, answered my questions, and was extremely professional. He took care of the problem in about 30 minutes! Over the past several days, we have seen the number of yellow jackets decrease significantly. The ones returning to the hive have been dying off, and thankfully, we have not had any more chewing through the insulation or heard them behind the window like we were before the treatment. It was honestly so impressive watching him assess the situation and immediately know exactly how to handle it. What had been an extremely stressful problem was handled quickly and professionally, and I am beyond grateful. Thank you so much to Orkin for getting us in so quickly and for sending someone who did such an amazing job. I would absolutely recommend their services, and if we ever need pest control again, Orkin will be the first place I call!

Carl did I great job taking care of my house inside and out. The only thing was that he was very late due to the scheduling he was presented with. That was after Orkin canceled TWO appointments that I had‼️

Casey with Orkin is by far the best tech I’ve worked with in a long time! She has such a professional manner and is extremely passionate about helping our tenants!! That girl needs a raise! Also the pricing compared to other pest control companies in the area is very fair!!

Hector was pleasant and helpful. He came about 8 times. We had sooooo many carpenter bee nests and he worked diligently to treat them. In the end, there seem to be a few nests left but a few out of about 30 is pretty good.

Nasty yellow jacket infestation in our basement and we were unable to find a nest. Chris Young from Utica Orkin came promptly (done within 3 hours of initial call) He was competent, courteous and explored the basement thoroughly without finding a nest. He then sprayed the edge of the foundation and window wells and other orifices outside the house. He found the entry point at the edge of the roof and siding and did a thorough application. The wasps were mad as hornets and a stream of them exited rapidly. I am confident his application will be successful and we were very pleased with the service!

Extremely helpful. 3day response was surprising because of distance of residence. Very pleased with results. Both office staff and onsite exterminator were courteous and knowledgeable. I look forward to working with Utica ORKIN in the future. Thank you.

Our Orkin tech was on time, capable, professional and willing to explain the process he would use. Communication with the company in making arrangements was well handled by Orkin as well. This has been our 3rd service by Orkin and we have been satisfied each time.
