First session went well. My technician was knowledgeable about the product and service, he answered all my questions and I saw results almost immediately. Very satisfied thus far and hopefully that continues. Just want him to be mindful of the use of loud music when waiting outside. Otherwise the actual service was good. UPDATE FOR second session. A bit disappointed with the results of the second session thus far. Technician was great however the problem seemed to have returned which is unfortunate. The first session was great results, second session not so much.

Technician was always great. My problem is I pay to get sprayed seasonally so we don’t have any ants etc over the summer. They never tell you when they schedule the technician to come out! It’s been over a year and I get notification that they came and sprayed outside! I’m paying you to spray inside but no one knows when you are going to show up!!! Wasting my money! Give me my money back!!

Jean is very thorough and an exceptional service technician! I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of pest control services. I had one other Orkin service technician come to my house a little over 2 years ago and Jean’s process of trying to assess for entry points and block them far outweighs the efforts of the other specialist. I am so grateful for the positive experience that I had with Jean.

This particular go-around was very responsive and professional. Truthfully, this visit rescued their reputation significantly, as we had to deal with several failed follow-throughs. The representative on the phone (Patel) was attentive, responsive, and accountable. The technician/service person (Cory) that arrived was informative, diligent, and prepared to perform the installation and service the existing termite traps.

Over the 9 years that I have been a customer, the prices went up about 20%. They used to schedule a service appointment for me according to their calendar. This year, I had to call myself. The customer service has become very impersonal. The 800 number takes good 20 minutes for the phone to be picked up. I got disconnected with the customer service, a person with whom I spoke had my phone number and address. Do you think, she called me back? Another tendency I have noticed is that the company now combines some services into packages. You can not get an individual service, for example, for ants, you have to buy a package for pests, including rodents, roaches, silverfish, centipedes, etc, even though all of these may not be needed. But you can not just get a treatment for ants. You have to buy the whole package and pay much more. I feel that the company couldn't care less about customers' needs. Their own gain is much more important.

I was very dissatisfied! I called working because I was having a flea and fly issue. It was the beginning of the summer and already it was evident. We breed dogs and before the litter arrived this needed to be completed properly. The inside of the home and the outside. The tech came and stated he could not do the inside and outside because he was starting his vacation. That in the am the supervisor would come out and do the outside. He did the inside and departed. The next day I took off from work costing me a days pay, waited all day and no one showed. The following next 3 weeks Imwas on shift and unable to be there. When I return the dogs I needed to for show, they were missing patches of hair and scratches endlessly. I lost funds again in treating my animals. No one ever came and no one reached out to us. I responded to the companies text with no relief.. Never again! Then they have the audacity to place my account in collections? Another thing coming.
