I had a wasp nest on the ceiling of my porch and a wasp nest in the left upper corner of the garage door. I called Orkin and the representative was totally professional, explained everything about the treatment to me and scheduled the appointment for service at my convenience. The service person arrived within the scheduled time frame, and had actually texted me 1/2 hour before arrival, when he was leaving the previous appointment an coming to my home. The service person examined my home and identified the areas that needed treatment. He explained why he was going to do and he was extremely knowledgeable, professional and neat, cleaning up the debris when he knocked down the wasp nest in the trash bag I gave him. As he promised, he called me when the service was complete (a job of about 15 min) and explained that no wasps ha escaped and none were flying around. Orkin really shows that they value their customers and provide excellent service.

We just moved into a new home and there are spiders in the basement. When O called yesterday the woman who answered the phone was lovely!! She was able to schedule an appointment the next day. Jonathan came today and treated the area inside and outside. He went into the crawl space in the attic too. He explained everything and ensured we were happy with the treatment. Highly recommend!

Mr Ernest D. Service my property yesterday, July 23, 2024. He was thorough and he made sure all of our needs were addressed. He even found a hole in the siding where squirrels were starting to eat away. This resulted in our ability to get this taken care of before the squirrels got in. we really appreciate his class service

The tech Harry is so details to explain to us the process. The only reason I only give 4 stars is the lady from the office who called me 5:30pm the day before of my 8am schedule and told me that there is no one available to service that day. And the lady from their office I talked to is so mean. Good thing the tech is nice still accommodate us to our original schedule. 5 star for Harry.

I recently moved and woke up to some creepy crawlies during the night. I appreciated the fact that I called Orkin early on a Saturday and was able to speak with someone. The wonderful lady who setup my service was very knowledgeable and the exterminator who came out was AMAZING!!! Ernest was so kind and patient I was late getting off work and he waited patiently. He talked me through the whole process and explained what to expect and really helped calm my paranoia about things. He was extremely thorough and very easy to talk to. He really made the experience nice and he took the stress out things. I’m very thankful for Orkin and the service I received was top notch. Definitely glad I went with them.

Awesome group (Keith W then Audre(?)) so far to help deal with mice that we’re getting in. I was catching 2-3 per month. Interacted first with Keith who came by first and did the initial assessment for the pest control plan. He helped identify the exclusion needs on the house. Some of these things I definitely noticed and others I definitely did not. He talked me through the tunneling he could see in the insulation which was nice to call out and added traps where I hadn’t had them before. We agreed on an exclusion plan and he called back a couple days later to schedule so the exclusion specialist could work on the exclusion. A few days later Audre Bryan (spelling?) came by and we did a walk around the house and talked through what needed to be done again. We had some serious area that needed to be plugged up. When he was done, he talked me through everything he did and also gave some pointers in trap setting if I ever wanted to move them. He was very helpful.

I love having Orkin on my team of professionals for home care. Matt takes care of my home like his own. I rarely have any insect problems. If I do see extra activity, I simply request a touch up service and they’re there quick. Recommend them highly.
