Ryan Sand is our next door neighbor and gave us an extremely detailed and thorough examination prior to having orkin start working on our house. Ray and Tyree worked very hard on our basement and even spent extra time caulking up openings in the main basement that was not being worked on. Kevin came and treated our house today he was very polite, courteous and efficient.

The technician (John Long) that was sent to our home is one of the friendly, professional, and knowledgeable I have had the pleasure of dealing with. We has an issue with a Black Widow spider run over my wife the day before Orkin came out and feel confident that the issue will be resolved. We will definitely suggest using this company and if this is how they train their employees then we will be lifelong customers! The technician didn’t do the things I was told they were supposed to do when he came out. I had to seal the cracks in my home, myself. No traps were placed behind my appliances. I mostly was told what I needed to do when All that was done by the Tech was placed 10 wooden traps. I didn’t feel I got good service. I was told when I purchased the plan the technician would do a follow up to ensure the traps set were successful. I was told he doesn’t do follow up'. I didn’t feel the service I received was worth the price paid. Especially when none of my appliances were moved and looked behind.

Several appointments were missed because Orkin scheduled them without consulting me. They would call and say they were coming. The last visit the technician was totally unprepared. He had open mouse traps for the indoor areas. I have 3 dogs. Open traps are NOT an option. He didn't have the correct supplies because the service had not been properly documented by any previous technician. He did NOT go into the crawl space or the attached shed to inspect or do anything. It was a totally wasted service call and a waste of money all together. One service tech called me "dear" while explaining that he was on his way to my home. I was out of town because I had no idea Orkin was scheduled. Another service tech only talked about adding insulation and vapor barriers under my house for an additional $6000. I am currently looking for a professional pest company.

The guy that came was very antisocial. Also, for the price that I paid, it literally took him eight minutes to do a four bedroom house two floors, two full bathrooms, open kitchen, extra large living room, front porch, back porch, and the product he used I had in My Home and didn’t even use a full can. What he did in my home I could’ve did myself. The service he did he did it so quickly I asked him did he do the back porch he said yes he said oh let me check he hadn’t did it. He had to go back to spray it. I’m just not satisfied at all..
