Orkin has been excellent in servicing our 200-year-old Center City row home. When we moved in, there were mice and roaches. After their first visit, we started to see improvement within a few weeks, and it took about two months for the issues to be largely under control. Persistent treatment, exclusion work, and ongoing maintenance have brought those issues largely under control. What impressed me most was the process. This was not a one-time spray-and-go service. They conducted a thorough assessment of the property, documented issues, developed a treatment plan, and then followed through with regular maintenance visits. That structure matters because pest control in an old urban building takes consistency over time. Special thanks to Michael, who led the work and communicated exceptionally throughout. I also appreciate that the service runs on a regular schedule, so they show up proactively, and I don’t have to constantly book appointments. The technicians have been consistently professional and thorough. They leave, set glue traps, refill bait boxes, and pay attention to detail. It feels like comprehensive service, not the minimum. Their digital communication platform is also very effective, and rescheduling is easy when needed. For context, our management company used a different pest control vendor before Orkin, and the difference in quality has been significant. Orkin’s approach has been far more thoughtful and consistent. One thing that has especially mattered to us is child safety. We have newborn twins and a young daughter, and the team has always been careful to discuss treatment options and ensure everything is handled with safety in mind. Living in an old city building, we expect some pest pressure to come with the territory, but Orkin has helped get our home to a place that feels sanitary, well-managed, and under control. From my perspective, the service has been a very good value, and I would highly recommend Orkin.

Very unprofessional service techs. Doing more talking then working. Used their services at my business for about the last 8 months. Our problem is worse than It was when they started. They have a scam service called “mass trapping”, where they send one of their “techs” out and put a couple more traps than they usually would on a normal visit and then try to charge you $500 for a 15 minute job. Absolutely terrible. I don’t know how they get away with robbing people. The service guy Rick was terrible. Very unprofessional. Then when I call to cancel, some guy Wayne tries to argue with me that what I said didn’t happen. I have It all on camera. Just an all around joke of a company. Thousands of dollars down the drain.
