Isaiah expertise educated us of rodents. He thoroughly explained as he set traps and cover all possible entries to the house. Very patient and humble gentleman. On the followup visit Mr. Del went thoroughly the entire house. Inspect the traps and added additional ones. Its all matter of time. I will monitor and keep posting updates.

He was very thorough and made sure we understood all the benefits and what was available to us. He really cared and it showed. He gave us great confidence in that we were well protected and he would be there for us. He was extremely sincere and so down to earth, this was simply refreshing and so encouraging.

Terrible experience at first they were good though the customer service aspect of things really wasn't there! At least we're my account was serviced out of in North Jersey! I started out with appointments during the work week because of having my mother home do to illnesses to let them in the house Eventually my mother ended up getting better and went back to work we weren't able to be there to let them in so they decided they would come preform half of the services that I was paying for by doing just the exterior of the home after calling them to let them know this was happening and specify to change our scheduled appointments for the weekends they came once and that was the end of that. After our 12 month's contract in December was up I called to cancel but they tried to be slick and charge me again after speaking to them for the month of January of the new year 2024 when I called to requested my money back they refused to refund me the full amount and gave me some B.S! excuse! I Had to call my bank put a stop payment and dispute the transaction! Never again will I be doing business with Orkins!
