I had an excellent experience with Dell from Orkin! I was so happy to see that he was the technician assigned to my service because I specifically hoped he would return. After my previous appointment, I had a disappointing experience with another technician who poured liquid on my floors, leaving them wet for hours. I contacted Orkin to express my concerns, and they truly went above and beyond to make things right. Dell was professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and respectful of my home. He took the time to answer my questions, explained everything he was doing, and made me feel confident that my concerns were being addressed. His level of customer service is exactly why I wanted him back. I would love for Dell to be my designated technician for all future services. He’s an outstanding representative of Orkin, and I truly appreciate the care and professionalism he brings to every visit.

We had someone bring a dog in who told us we had bedbugs, but did not do a thorough inspection. They charged $500 for a quick look around. We then called Orkin. A representative spoke with my husband for a long time explaining the detailed training their employees undergo. An employee came out, did a thorough inspection, spoke with us at length, charged $130.00, and confirmed that we did NOT have bedbugs. We are now Orkin fans!!

Anthony from Orkin provided an excellent service experience. He was not only kind and professional, but also extremely informative throughout the entire visit. He took the time to clearly explain the process, answered all of my questions with patience, and made sure I understood the next steps. His attention to detail and genuine care for doing the job right really stood out. It’s rare to come across someone so knowledgeable and approachable. I highly recommend Anthony for anyone in need of reliable and trustworthy service.

The service tech was very good. He deserves 5 stars. He was thorough and polite. I am fairly pleased with the results, as well. However, the scheduling could be improved. Out of 4 visits, I think 3 had to be rescheduled. The first time they were running far behind schedule. The second time someone came unannounced/unscheduled (while i was traveling). The final time was due to bad weather and road conditions.

With the winter season coming in, I called Orkin to keep us safe from pests! Orkin did not hesitate to come and address my needs. And what impressed me even more is the follow-up’s without me having to reach out! They really ARE the grandfather of all pest control companies. Ask for Matt and Michael. They’re the best! You will not be disappointed.

My first time using this service and Tejinder (tony) was so informative and helpful. So amicable, so thorough and made it such a pleasant experience. I have recommended everyone I know today to this company because of him! he's a gem! Even upon initially calling, the woman on the phone was so sweet and explained everything. Thank you!

My first time and definitely not my last. I like that they were very communitave. My original technician couldn't make it but, they still made sure to send someone out last night to my apartment. Braillen my technician was great. I do hope my issue was resolved. I feel for sure that it was.
