I had an inspector and a pest control expert visit my home today and I can attest to their dedication and expertise. I never expected their team to do as much as they did or show the care and concern for my family that I saw today. They were professional and even gave attention to my 2.5 year old daughter to make sure we were safe inside our home. I truly appreciate the service. We've used Orkin for year round pest control for about two years now, and Mike is fantastic! He's punctual, professional, and does a very thorough job every time. He always answers any questions we have (and doesn't make us feel silly for asking ones that are probably common knowledge.) He does great with our toddler and cats, and is sure to let us know exactly where exactly he sprayed so they don't get into it. We've had no issues since using Orkin and highly recommend them!

Appointments don’t seem to be reliable. We scheduled service for today, but it was moved to tomorrow without any notice. I’d recommend calling to confirm your appointment, as they don’t proactively notify you of changes. Hoping the service is completed as expected on the rescheduled date.
