We had our attics cleaned out due to mice making a home there. We had insulation blown in and the foundation sealed. Chris, Bonnie and Armyllis were very professional and did an outstanding job. They let us know what time they would be arriving to start the job and kept us informed of everything they were doing. Highly recommend this crew.

We confided in Orkin to do a couple exclusions. Our experience with the inspection tech and the manager who took over was far from great. The lack of AND no communication was frustrating. I had to continue calling home office to even find out when/what was happening. The day we waited for paperwork to be signed, they were 2 hours late without any heads up. The team that came out to do the work however was very respectful, friendly and did an excellent job. They made minimal mess, cleaned up if they did make any and even went out of their way to pick up trash that blew in our yard for us.

Orkin comes to my home once a month to keep springtails, spiders, centipedes, ants, and other creepy crawlies at bay. So far, they've treated my home three times, and I've been pleased with the results so far. The Orkin pros are thorough, courteous, and knowledgeable, and they show up at my home based on what is convenient to my schedule. The monthly bill comes out of my checking account automatically, again, scheduled according to when it is most convenient for me. I highly recommend Orkin.

HORRIBLE service. We got scheduled for the same day we called and they said they would be at our house from around 2-4pm so we waited around and nobody came. They came on a random day without telling us while we were on vacation. We called and rescheduled, the guy texted us and said he was 20 minutes away and then all of a sudden he had “unexpected family news” and needed to cancel our service??? I have NEVER had to deal with such a terrible company. Embarrassing.

I never knew Orkin helps with bat exclusion or installed insulation or I would have called 2 years ago! I consulted with Kafani and Jeremy about the issues with the bats in the attic and learned about how they can be moved on outta there and an insulation product they have which can help with the deterrent of bats and any other critters wanting a cozy place to live and keep the house cooler/warmer with the added R value on top of the new insulation put in last year. The two listened with their hearts and professionally explained what process was and what to expect. Today Chris and Brian were thorough in the work assigned to get the exclusion underway. They worked well as a team and were friendly. They went above and beyond to ensure I was a satisfied customer. I look forward to finally being rid of the disturbances and insulation installation next week. I hope the bats find their new bat cave somewhere else. 😊 thanks Orkin The call center or whomever answers the phones took down my info and told me it would be a couple days before I was called back. I waited. No call, so I called them again and was told the same thing. I waited 3 days the got a call from Kafani that he was on his way! Wait what? I was not called by the call center to schedule the appointment. Fortunately, I was home at that time so we could consult. I would say the service call department needs some attention.

Kris and Bryan did an outstanding excellent job at our cabin, Sundance #17, Clarks, NE!!! They went over and above to make sure that all possible areas where bats could enter were sealed. They found holes in our siding that we didn’t even know were there. I was so impressed how they spent time to A) looked at every nook and cranny in our crawl space B) cleaned up the bugs and checked for bat guano C) while they were down there they even were kind enough to replace light bulbs. Kris and Bryan were so polite, friendly and took the time to answer every question that I asked of them. They also took the time check our termite bait stations so I wouldn’t have to make another trip out to the cabin when that process was scheduled. They saved me gas. 🤗. Orkin does an awesome job hiring technicians!! Your team who came out before Kris and Bryan did a great job searching out where they thought the bats were getting in. They were also very polite, knowledgeable, friendly and so easy to work with.

The service by the young man who came to my home was VERY good. I wrote a check to Orkin upon completion. Now, I keep getting bills AND was charged for a service I hadn't requested.
